Bolo de maçã

4 eggs


1 tablespoon of instant coffee


1 Can of Condensed Milk (395g)


200ml of milk


1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Essence


Caramel


1 Cup (Tea) of Crystal Sugar (240ml)


½ cup of water



Way of doing


In a blender, add the eggs, coffee, condensed milk, milk, vanilla essence, beat until smooth and set aside.


In a frying pan, add the sugar, turn the heat to medium low and let it melt.


Once the sugar starts to melt, stir it until it melts completely.


Add the water little by little and continue mixing until it turns into caramel.


Then, transfer the caramel to an 18cm diameter mold and use a spatula to spread it across the entire shape.


Add the mixture we prepared and cover with aluminum foil.


Then, add water to half of a baking dish and add the mold with the pudding.


Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.


Then pour the pudding onto a plate.
